Christmas Glossybox

With Christmas literally around the corner, I was excited to received the Limited Edition Christmas Glossybox from my sister, which is filled with festive beauty treats. In this edition you receive six luxe and full size makeup and beauty products, personally I think there is a great selection of new brands I have not heard of before and some more well known. The items you get are perfect to get you party ready through the festive season and beyond, any excuse to get glam in my books!

So Susan Cosmetics water based Pure Luminizer, this illuminator adds a lovely shimmer and highlight across your cheekbones, brow bone and any other areas you want to add a soft glow. The liquid looks dark in the tube but once applied is a light pinky rose colour. Liquid highlighters are great as they create a more luminous and youthful effect without looking too overdone. This would also be great mixed in with your foundation for an all over subtle glow, as it's water based it's not too thick or gloppy.

Absolute! Perfume Stick in Affair 102 is from a New York brand. I love the vintage inspired packaging, this would look great in any handbag. This is a lovely musky rose scent and not too overpowering, this reminds me of a very timeless and classic scent, not too fruity or sweet which is exactly what I like. Because it's so compact it's perfect for an instant floral and uplifting pick me up, during the day or night.

Philip B African shea butter gentle conditioning shampoo, this shampoo is paraben and phthalate free and claims to boost manageability and moisture for all hair types. It is also vitamin enriched and fragrance free, to strengthen hair and restore bounce and elasticity. I've heard good things about the Philip B hair care range and as it's travel size I will be sure to pop this in my travel bag next time I go away.

Butter London in Teetotal, this is my first Butter London polish and I love that I don't have anything similar to this shade - a deep rich mocha brown. This is a great edition to the box and I can't wait to wear it, this in itself is worth picking up this Glossybox for! The polish also contains no toxic chemicals - which they call the 3 free range

EuPhidra Lip Gloss in Ruby, this a shimmery pinky red lip gloss and would be perfect paired with your favourite festive lipstick. The gloss has a super glossy finish, treated with Vitamin E to keep your lips soft and shiny. It also has gold shimmer particles in it to really make your lipstick stand out, it is Christmas after all :)

Be a Bombshell Cosmetics Blush in Tanorexic, this is a full size bronzer (not sure why they call it a blush.) I love a good bronzer even during Winter to add a sun kissed glow and definition to my cheekbones. This product is a deep tan colour - not too orangey or shimmery, you just need a light hand as the colour is very pigmented. The packaging is a little plasticy but the colour pay off is great.

What do you think of this festive Glossybox, any favourites?
